InConstruct Engineering LTD

InConstruct Engineering Ltd was set up in 2017, and since then we’ve worked on projects of all sizes across the UK and abroad, from the Olympic Stadium transformation in London to a velodrome in Jakarta.

 

What we do is site engineering. We set out and control the work on site so it gets built where it should be, at the right level, first time. Our main areas are structural steel, groundworks, drainage and foundations. Steel is where we started and it’s still a big part of what we do, but most jobs need all four, and having one engineer who understands how they fit together saves a lot of problems later on.

We work on a day rate across London, the surrounding areas and the Midlands. Whatever the size of the job, the aim is the same: do it safely, do it accurately, and hand it over on time.

IC Tools

 

We also develop IC Tools, a set of programs for Windows and AutoCAD. They came from our own work on site. Too much of the day was going on basic calculations, QA and QC checks and sorting out drawings, when it should have been spent on the things that actually need an engineer’s attention.

So we built tools to handle that side of the job. IC Tools now covers survey checks, quantities, setting-out data for the controller and drawing setup, and it comes with the IC Manhole Calculator for working through drainage schedules. Everything in it was made by a site engineer, for site engineers, and it’s used on our own jobs every day.
